Data Deletion Instructions

You can request that Thompson Estates Homeowners Association delete the personal information we hold about you and any messages you have exchanged with our messaging service.

How to request deletion

1. Email us at hoa@thompsonestates.org with the subject line "Data deletion request".
2. Include the phone number and/or name you use to contact us so we can locate your records.
3. We will confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What we delete

• Your contact details held by the association's messaging service.
• Message history and any files or images you sent to the service.
• Any derived profile information associated with your contact record.

What we may retain

We may retain limited records where required by law or for legitimate association administration (for example, membership records), for as long as legally necessary.
