About Thompson Estates Homeowners Association
Thompson Estates Homeowners Association ("Thompson Estates HOA") is a non-profit homeowners association serving the residents of the Thompson Estates neighborhood. The association was founded in 1989 and is governed by a volunteer board of directors elected by the membership.
Our purpose
- Maintain and preserve common areas and community amenities.
- Administer and enforce the association's covenants and bylaws.
- Collect and manage assessments used for community upkeep.
- Facilitate communication between residents and the board.
- Represent the interests of homeowners in neighborhood matters.
Governance
The association is directed by a board of directors elected from the membership. Board meetings are held periodically and are open to homeowners; notices are distributed to members in advance.
